Our next monthly VE Test Session will be this Saturday, May 6, 2023 at 4:30 PM with our club meeting to follow at 6:00 PM. Both will be held in the WEMA Training room located at 110 Oak St., Lebanon, TN 37087.

Logging into the Wilson ARC online membership system
To log in to the Wilson ARC Membership system for the first time, click on the “HamClubOnline” button on the right hand side of any page on wilsonarc.org or go to the HamClubOnline.com web site and simply enter your email address and click “Forgot Password.”
The system will then e-mail you a link to reset your password. Once you create a password you will then be able to log in using that password and either your Call Sign (HamClubOnline.com home page only) or your e-mail address. Once you set your password you can then log in to the system.
After logging in, you will need to click on “Wilson ARC” to go to the club menu.
The club menu has several items of interest available to the member:
“Manage Your Club Profile” is where you can update your roster information, view your membership history (2021 to present), and transaction history (dues payments and credits), and your skills list. Your address cannot be changed as this is pulled directly from the FCC ULS database.

January Meeting
The January meeting of the Wilson ARC will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2022 in the training room of the Wilson Emergency Management Agency located at 110 Oak ST, Lebanon, TN 37087. The training room is in the building directly across the street from WEMA Headquarters.

E-mails from “Wilson ARC Memberships”
Did you recently receive an e-mail from “Wilson ARC Memberships” with an address ending with “@hamclubonline.com”? It is a legitimate e-mail from the club that went out to everyone we have on our active roster for 2021. We are now using hamclubonline.com to help manage and streamline the membership tracking, roster creation, and club communications with our members. If you have any questions about the new system or had joined in 2021 but did not get a welcome e-mail, please e-mail Michael Wright, N4MAW at membership@wilsonarc.org.
Membership renewal notices will be e-mailed on or about 12/28/2021 to everyone we have on the roster as an active member. If you wish to renew your membership and pay with a credit/debit card, you can simply click on the link in the e-mail and you will be taken to a secure checkout page to enter your card information and pay your dues. You will receive a confirmation receipt by e-mail.
