[ WC4AR ] Club Picnic - June 7, 2008

Attention all Hams..

Our club picnic is fast approaching!  We need to know how many people are
planning on coming out for this time of fun, food, and radio rag-chewing.
Hamburgers and hot dogs will be provided so the only things we need brought
is side dishes, desserts, and drinks.  We will meet starting at 2:00pm at
shelter #7 at Cedars of Lebanon State Park and will eat at 5:00 PM.  We will
have a short meeting afterwards to discuss field day and try to get a good
idea of how many and who plan on attending field day this year.  If you plan
on attending the picnic, please send an e-mail to info at wilsonarc.org with
the following information:
*	Name
*	How many, including yourself, are coming with you
*	What you plan on bringing
So far we have Greg Tomerlin bringing Baked Beans and I will bring the
trimmings and condiments for the burgers and hot dogs.  Some of the things
we will need people to bring are:
*	Soft drinks and Ice
*	Paper plates, plastic cups, napkins, and utensils
*	Side dishes and desserts
*	Anything else you think of for a picnic
I also plan on setting up a station as well (weather permitting) so we may
even be able to get on the air and hopefully spark some interest in the
hobby within others as well.  YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE CLUB TO
COME TO THE PICNIC SO COME ON OUT AND ENJOY THE AFTERNOON WITH
US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
